Recognising the fact that there may be other classes of persons who do not meet the current membership norms, and given the potential gains to derived from the participation and contribution of such persons, IAAPI has carved out a special place known as "ASSOCIATE"

The following persons may join IAAPI as Associates:
Any person, firm, organisation or body corporate

• Operating any device, service or attraction within any Amusement Park (including water parks, theme parks, family entertainment centers, location-based entertainment and the like)
  
  
• Desirous of promoting an Amusement Park.
  
  
• Who supplies goods and services incidental to the running of the park or for the benefit of the guests visiting the park.
  
  
• Who undertakes any of the activities described under Clauses herein above but whose principal place of business or registered office is outside India or located outside India.
  
  
• Any organisation including trade association, industry who inter alia has objects similar to the objects of the company.
  
  
• Carrying out such trade, activity which in the opinion of the Board of Directors may be linked to the broader goals of the company and which is not covered in any of the preceding clauses.
  
  

An Associate shall be entitled to associate with the activities of IAAPI and to obtain and avail all other services that are being provided gratis to ordinary members.

In view of their special status, Associates will not enjoy any voting rights.

The entrance fees and annual subscription rates along with full details on how to join as an Associate are contained in the application In addition to the above, there is a category of Founder Members. Admission to the Association in the category of a Founder Member is open only to those persons who are subscribers to the Memorandum & Articles of Association of IAAPI.
