Using images found on IAAPI site, linking to any IAAPI Web site or in some other manner framing or including any of the materials contained on any IAAPI site without the prior written permission of IAAPI is strictly prohibited. Such activity could result in legal action. Decisions regarding use may be revised or rescinded without prior notice.

IAAPI web sites may contain links to other sites. IAAPI is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of external Web sites.

For Membership

In case the applicant is a Limited or Private Limited Company, please enclose a copy of the board resolution authorizing the company to join the association and stating the name of the person who will represent the company in the association.

In case the applicant is a Partnership firm please enclose an extract from register of firm indicating names of the Partners as also letter signed by partners indicating person nominated by the firm.

In the event that the application is not accepted, a sum of Rs. 1,000/- will be deducted from the amount received and balance will be returned within 30 days from the date of the decision of the committee. Please note that the entrance fees and subscription fees must accompany your application.

Every person desirous joining the Association shall make an Application in the form as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors of the Association from time to time and send it to the registered office of the Association together with making online payment of the entrance fees and subscription fees for 1 year, 3 years or 5 years.

All applications shall be considered by the Board of Directors in accordance with the rules from time to time for admission as an Ordinary / Associate Member. The Decision of the Board of Directors shall be Final. The Board of Directors is not under any obligation to explain or give reasons for rejecting an application.

The liability of a member to contribute towards the payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company or the costs, charges and expenses of the winding up of the Company is limited to the amount, if any, unpaid by the member in respect of membership of the Company.

For Exhibitors at the Amusement Expo

No exhibitor will be allowed to participate in the exhibition without paying the full amount of the stall/space booked.

All exhibitors will abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the organizers either verbally or in writing.

The decision of the organizers will be final and binding on all concerned and in all matters relating to the exhibition.

Legal disputes will be strictly restricted to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai alone.

The organizers will be at liberty to change the dates, timings or venue of the exhibition owing to unavoidable circumstances or cancel the exhibition for such reasons under advice of the exhibitors.

The organizers will not be held responsible by the exhibitor for any mistake, omission etc.

The exhibitor will strictly abide by the rules & regulations prescribed by the exhibition center.

Any damage or loss caused to any part of the exhibition center or the goods belonging to other participants in the exhibition will be charged for by the organizers from the concerned exhibitor who shall make the payment for any such damage or loss forthwith to the organizer if and when called upon to do so.

Any loss or damage to the goods suffered by the exhibitors owing to pilferage, fire, rain, floods, riots, strike or accident or malicious motive during transport & carriage or in the premises of the exhibition center owing to the same or other reason whatsoever shall not be made good by the organizers to the concerned for any such loss or damage suffered by the exhibitor.

We are committed to provide high security while handling the personal information of clients, which is provided by the clients for the record of IAAPI. If there is any change regarding the privacy policy issues, it will be updated on the site.

Procurement of Information

We are committed to procure only the specific information from our members.
The information we acquire from the members is necessary to maintain the quality of services.

Security Measures

iaapi.org – offers a Secure Site for online payment to protect data privacy & confidentiality.

Credit Card information of a user is transmitted to payment gateway by using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) protocol which encrypts all the information including your credit card information. This prevents the misuse of information from the unauthorized hands.

Third Party Exposure

In online transaction, credit card information is not saved on IAAPI website or servers.
IAAPI is not responsible in any circumstances for any third party, which receives information by any unauthorized way.

Refund Policy

The entrance fee and subscription paid shall not be refunded after the Board of Directors accepts the applicant as the Member.

No refund of payment shall be made for cancellation of the booth/space booked by the exhibitor, amount paid towards training program or any advance payment , whether in part or full, whatsoever, made in advance in anticipation of any services to be rendered.
