Training Profile

Programs are specially designed for the Amusement Industry which includes Amusement Parks, Water parks, Theme parks, FEC’s & Manufacturers all over India. The changing industrial scenario and the consequent competitive environment are pushing managements to review their strategies, structures and styles. Thus programs are extensively researched and carefully designed to ensure that the participants get clear sense of purpose and passion. These programs have been conducted at various parks and several times in the past, at all India level it has helped participants to gain knowledge and upgrade skills.

Training Topics:                      
1)   Moment of Truth: Guest Delight
This training is customized keeping in mind amusement, entertainment and hospitality industry requirement. It is based on Scandinavian SAS Airlines case study.
2)   Safety Importance
This training is evolved keeping in mind the safety at operational and technical level to achieve safe environment for guests.
3)   Time Management
It’s always said time is money, so to have higher growth and production, management of available time is very important. In this training we will work on practical aspect of using time effectively and efficiently.
4)   Boost Your Sales & marketing Force
It enables delegates to understand the basics of face-to-face selling, building customer relationships and Marketing Methods on the Way out & In With the New. The course will help them to become personally more successful in their sales role.

Note: Member can select any required topic from the above. If any other topic to be addressed apart from above same will be discussed in the Committee for confirmation.

Target Group:
All levels of Executives, Officers and Managers, Team leaders, Supervisors from different departments, junior and middle level management depending on the topics selected. Homogenous group is advisable for better effectiveness of program.

A) Regional Training Programs
Program Terms*: The program is offered to all IAAPI members. The event will be jointly organized by the Regional Chairman and Vice Chairman with IAAPI head office. Training material, venue and food during the session will be sponsored & supported within regional members anywhere in India (including Mumbai). Traveling, lodging and boarding expenses of the trainer will be borne by IAAPI.

B) Individual Member Training Programs
Program Terms*: IAAPI member can avail one day free training for the year 2012-2013. The training arrangements like stationary and handouts, venue and food during the session and expenses like lodging; boarding & traveling (airfare) of the trainer will have to be borne by organizing member within Mumbai and outside Mumbai. The booking for this training has to be done well in advance (at least 20 to 25 days) as it would facilitate making the arrangements. *Conditions Apply
