Training Profile

Programs specially designed for the Amusement Industry which includes Amusement Parks, Water parks, Theme parks, FEC’s & Manufacturers all over India. The changing industrial scenario and the consequent competitive environment are pushing managements to review their strategies, structures and styles. Thus programs are extensively researched and carefully designed to ensure that the participants get clear sense of purpose and passion. These programs have been conducted several times in the past and it has helped participants from all over India.

Training Topic:                      
1)   Moment of Truth: Guest Delight
This training is customized keeping in mind amusement, entertainment and hospitality industry requirement. It is based on Scandinavian SAS Airlines case study.
2)   Safety Importance
This training is evolved keeping in mind the safety at operational and technical level to achieve safe environment for guests.
3)   Time Management
It’s always said time is money, so to have higher growth and production, management of available time is very important. In this training we will work on practical aspect of using time effectively and efficiently.
4)   Innovation is Evolution: Ideas for growth
Out of box thinking becomes very vital in today’s competitive world to maintain and sustain the position on market, for this very reason we need to develop a skill to be different and stand out different in industry.

Note: Organisation can select any 1 topic from the above - Training Need Analysis. If any other topic to be addressed apart from above same will be discussed in the Committee for confirmation.

Target Group:

All levels of Executives, Officers and Managers, Team leaders, Supervisors from different departments, junior and middle level management depending on the topics selected. Coaching for Top level Management can be organized. Homogenous group is advisable for better effectiveness of program.

Program Terms
The program is offered to all our IAAPI members. The event will be jointly organized by the Regional Chairman and Vice Chairman working closely with IAAPI head office. Training material, venue and food during the session will be sponsored within regional members anywhere in India (including Mumbai). Traveling, lodging and boarding expenses of the trainer will be borne by IAAPI.

                                    B) Individual Member Training Programs
Program Terms
The training program is for any IAAPI member who wants to provide training to their staff/employee. Along with one day training charges, the training arrangements like stationary and handouts, venue and food during the session and expenses like lodging; boarding & traveling (airfare) of the trainer will have to be borne by organizing member within Mumbai and outside Mumbai. The booking for this training has to be done well in advance (at least 20 to 25 days in advance) as it would facilitate making the arrangements.
