IAAPI completed its 10 years journey by organizing the ANNUAL MEET & TRAINING PROGRAM in the city of fun and frolic GOA during 14-17 September 2010 at Hotel Ramada Caravel Beach Resort. IAAPI first AMTP started 9 years back from the city GOA. The place was selected for its scenic beauty of beaches and lush green fields with coconut trees and breeze to enjoy and rejuvenate self during the stay with varied informative and entertaining program planned for the 3 nights and 4 days event.

DAY 1
The journey began on 14th of September 2010 with almost 54 delegates from all across the country gathering at Hotel Ramada Caravel Beach Resort. All the delegates were welcomed at hotel with refreshments and Indian traditional welcome with tikka. After a warm welcome, everyone proceeded to their respective rooms to come back at reception after lunch to go for GOA sightseeing and BOAT Cruise in Panji the capital of Goa. After coming from sightseeing delegates relaxed and enjoyed the Goan food at the hotel.

DAY 2
On 15th September 2010, the event welcome and opening was done by N D Rana – IAAPI President, there after Rajen Shah – IAAPI Training Committee Chairman started with introduction to participants and there after female delegates went to other conference room for training program on Time Management. While the male delegates attended the panel discussion as below:

Day 2 Panel Session
Time Management – TRAINING FOR FEMALE Delegates.
On 15th September 2010, experiential training session on “Time Management” was taken by IAAPI consultant trainer Mrs. Tina Karkhanis. During training all ladies enthusiastically participated in different activities such as presentations, sharing of ideas and strategy for efficient time saving approach.
During the session the discussion on the following concept were carried out for personal effectiveness in work, personal as well as social life balance.
- Value of Time
- Priorities Grid: Important and Urgent paradigm associating with life quadrants.
- Delegation of work
During the evening delegates got an opportunity for networking and meeting the industry people who all came all across India for the AMTP. DJ NIGHT was planned for the entertainment and relaxation of delegates.

Day 2 Time Management Session
DAY 3
Third day session started with our Guest Speaker Shri Kamalesh Patel – Chairman, Tourism Corporation of Gujarat. He gave us valuable inputs on new opportunities opened in Gujarat state for Tourism policy and scope and prospect growth of amusement and entertainment industry.
7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Book Discussion was conducted by Pujya Gnanvatsaldas Swamiji, who has participated as speaker in seminars in Europe, England, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc. Session was full of live practical examples, presentation and introspection sheet for the delegates was taken for the self analysis and learning.

DAY 4
On the last day, everyone departed in the morning to reach to the respective destination with the amazing experience of EVENT and the good times all the delegates had came to an end with a hope of meeting again next year at yet another exciting destination with IAAPI family.
